OC SPORTS TO CONTINUE AS EXCLUSIVE LOCAL HOME OF UNIVERSITY OF HAWAI‘I ATHLETICS
El Segundo, CA (February 28, 2014) – Oceanic Time Warner Cable and the University of Hawai‘i today announced that they have extended their partnership and that OC Sports continues as the exclusive local home of University of Hawai‘i Athletics. OC Sports will again televise live University of Hawai‘i games and content, including the live “Game On” pre-game show and live post-game reports, as part of the long-term agreement.
“We’re very pleased with the valuable exposure and much-needed revenue that this partnership with Oceanic Time Warner Cable provides the UH Athletics Department,” Ben Jay, UH athletics director, said. “OC Sports telecasts deliver the excitement of UH men’s and women’s sporting events to our loyal fans on all of the islands and allow us to share the athletic and academic successes of our student-athletes, along with the many exciting accomplishments of UH Mānoa students, faculty, and staff.”

OC Sports has been the exclusive home of University of Hawai‘i sports since 2011, with a football pay-per-view relationship that dates back to 2002.
